I’ve spent the past decade working in the PEO industry, helping businesses nationwide navigate the complexities of HR, payroll, employee benefits and workforce management. But my entrepreneurial journey began long before my corporate career.

With more than 20 years of entrepreneurial experience, I’ve always understood the dedication and personal investment that go into building a business. During my corporate career, I worked with companies across industries to understand their challenges and identify solutions that supported their employees and long-term goals.

Why Wander

Over time, I recognized an opportunity to make a greater impact. Rather than representing one provider’s solutions, I wanted to give businesses the freedom to evaluate the broader marketplace and make informed decisions based on their individual needs.

I wanted to create a consulting experience where relationships came first, recommendations were personalized and clients had someone personally invested in helping them navigate the process. That’s why I founded Wander PEO Collective.

The decision was also influenced by a period of significant personal loss. Losing three close family members in less than a year reinforced the importance of family, time and creating a life that reflects what matters most.

Today, Wander allows me to combine my professional experience with the entrepreneurial independence I’ve always valued. Business owners deserve more than another sales presentation. They deserve an experienced consultant who takes the time to understand their business, does the legwork and remains involved throughout the relationship.
